1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 large ripe bananas
Cream together the margarine (or butter) and sugar. Add
the egg and beat. Cut up the bananas but don't mash them.
Add the bananas to the mix, then add the dry ingredients
and blend well.
Put the mixture into a bread tin and bake at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes.
