1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1-1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 egg
1 cup blueberries or raisins
3/4 tsp baking soda
Mix ingredients in order give. Add 3/4 cup sourdough starter,
or enough to make the mixture moist and hold together. Don't
beat vigorously.
Bake in greased muffin tins at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
