Taco seasoning prepared according to directions
1-1/2 pint Pace Picante sauce
1 lb mild cheddar cheese, grated
1 to 1-1/2 lb mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack, grated
Put the picante sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Warm tortilla slightly in a frying pan to soften Put meat
and cheese into a tortilla roll and place in the pan. Pour
picante sauce over the tortillas. Add more cheese to the
top, sprinkle sliced olives.
Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly.
