1 pkg yeast
1 cup warm water
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/3 cut dry milk
1/3 cut dry potatoes
2 cups flour
1 egg
1/4 cup shortening
Dissolve yeast; let it rise twice. Cut the doughnuts
and let them rise 1 hour. Deep fry at 375 degrees
until golden brown on both sides.
