 jeon (Korean fried

2 Potatoes
1 egg (or more if you want
1 onion
A carrot
A zucchini
Black pepper
Salt
½ c flour

Wash all vegetables and peel carrot and potatoes. Julienne all the vegetables using either a sharp knife or a mandolin so they are really thin.

Put the vegetables in a bowl and add ½ flour, salt, egg(s) and water to make a batter. Use less water then you think you need as the vegetables have water.

Heat oil in a pan or electric skillet and fry spoonfuls.
