**Warning - All participants in the production of liquid nitrogen ice cream should use the proper safety equipment. This includes an apron, thick gloves that cover up to the elbow, and safety goggles. Non-participants should remain a safe distance from the ice cream production area..**

Equal parts heavy whipping cream and half and half
1 tsp. vanilla per quart of whipping cream
2 cups sugar per quart of whipping cream
Strawberries or other fruit
Liquid nitrogen (have to steal from Mom’s work)

Mix all the ingredients together in a large plastic (not glass!) bowl. Carefully pour liquid nitrogen into the bowl while stirring constantly. This requires two people. Serve ice cream immediately.
