2 cups flour
1 c shortening
1 tsp salt
ice water
Blend in a bowl with a pastry cutter until the shortening
looks like small peas.
7 tablespoons COLD water – put some ice in water
while you’re doing the shortening and flour
mixture
Add the water to the mixture and stir with a fork
Roll into a ball and cut in half.
Roll out very thin on wax paper
