1 package frozen tater tots
1 lb ground beef
2 cups sliced mushrooms
¾ c sour cream
1 tin of cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
2 beef bouillon cubes, crushed
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Cook tater tots according to package. Set aside. Brown
ground beef along with the mushrooms. Add crushed bouillon
cubes, garlic powder and onion powder during the browning
- the bouillon cubes will give it a meaty flavour.
When mushrooms are cooked and meat is browed, drain well
and add sour cream and mushroom soup. Heat through and season
to taste. Pour meat mixture into a 9x13 pan.
Cover with tater tots and cheese. Bake at 325 for 15-20
minutes or until cheese is melted and meat mixture is bubbly.
