2 1/2 tablespoons sweet paprika
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme
Combine all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl
and blend well. Store in an airtight container in
your spice cabinet for up to 3 months. Use to season
foods before they are cooked or as a finish after
they are done. Makes 3/4 cup.
